Reservation Policies
PEAK SEASON: beginning of Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend - 3 night minimum
$585 plus tax for up to 14 adults 12 and older, 3 night minimum. For additional guests there is a bunk house available by request for 6 additional guests for $90 per night - 3 night mininum. Bunkhouse is only rented to those who are renting El Lago Vista Lodge and Pool House. El Lago Vista is a private vacation rental, rented to just one group at a time.

OFF PEAK SEASON:
$485 plus tax 2 night minimum
Check In Time: 4:00 PM
Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
To Make Reservations:
To make reservations please call 830-279-7129 or 830-522-0679 and confirm availability for the dates you would like to reserve. If the dates you requested are available, we can assist you by phone to make a deposit of 1/4 the total cost of the rental by using Visa, Master Card or Discover. The remainder of the payment for the rental, plus tax, will be charged to your credit card 30 days before checking in. Before arriving at "El Lago Vista you will need to download the "Hold Harmless Agreement" from our web site and mail it to El Lago Vista. Credit card information will be held in case of damages or loss to property. If you have any questions please call 830-279-7129.
Cancellations/ Refunds
If reservations are cancelled more than 60 days before arrival date 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the days you reserved there are no refunds.
* Reservation will be held only until noon of the following day of scheduled arrival.
* The party making the reservation becomes the responsible party for payments and for the actions and behavior of all others in your group that occupy ‘El Lago Vista.”‘
* No refund for early departures under any circumstances.
* We do not refund for any weather related conditions.
