Welcome to El Lago Vista - A River Retreat on the Sabinal River

When the stress of everyday living gets to be too much head to the Texas Hill Country; where the water is crystal clear; where the mountains are majestic; where the trees are giant oak; pecans and cypress and where the wild life is abundant.

It's easy to stay cool at El Lago Vista with seven and a half shaded acres, a large in ground pool and hot tub. Two large covered patios and one shaded by a giant oak. Our guest have total privacy and easy access to local restaurants. We are located on Hwy 1050 on The Texas Hill Country Trail and on the road to Garner State Park (15 minute drive). We are also 15 minutes to Lost Maples State Park.

The night life is beautiful. The giant oaks are illuminated by the lights of the pool and the party lights from the outdoor patio and bar. We have a stereo which has outdoor speakers so you can enjoy your favorite music as you swim, cook out or sit by the fire pit. Watch the Axis and White Tail deer as they graze in the morning and evening on the river bottom.
